This was a great experience for me. I have owned 5cars so far and this was my first new car. It was everything I wanted in a car with the awd that you can change to 2wd. The people were great. While in the market for a new car with great gas mileage, I was unsatisfied with most of the sales reps I met. This all changed when I met Alfio. Dave Laurence answered all of my questions and did not put pressure on me at any point. He was honest with his answers, and very knowledgable about the kizashi that I purchased. It definitely made me want the kizashi more, knowing all the little fun gadgets it had, and all the things that it could do (that my old car couldn't)! Dave knew that I had a budget to stick to, and he did everything he could with the sales manager, to make sure that we didn't go over my limit. He gave me plenty of time to talk things over with my husband privately, and both him and the sales manager took the time to make sure that I understood everything (i.e. pricing, warrantees, options....).
