Alfio (our salesman) was a 10/10! He provided very good customer service. He did an excellent job of highlighting the features of the SX4 without being a typical "pushy" car salesman. He was very helpful in the whole process of trading in our old car and purchasing our new Suzuki. He was easy to communicate with in person as well as via phone and e-mail. The reason that not all of our stars are 5's is because although we really enjoyed our sales experience with Alfio, my husband and I both found the financing guy to be incredibly, stereotypically car salesman pushy and annoying. If it were up to my husband, we would have walked out on the deal based on our experience with the finance guy - and we were not even or ever planning on financing through the dealership, he just reviewed the contract and warranty options with us. All in all (minus pushy finance guy) the showroom was clean and well lit, the salespeople friendly and helpful and the process of purchasing the car quick and painless. The SX4 is a fun, zippy compact car which we are really enjoying driving. More

We bought our 2nd Kizashi at Advantage Suzuki. Both times we had good experiences. I feel we got a good trade on the 2010 Kizashi and Dwayne worked hard on getting us a fair price on the 2011 Kizashi to meet we had good experiences. Mu husband just passed away and I needed a new dependable car. I first looked at a Suburu Legacy, then I wanted to compare it to the Suzuki Kizashi. I met Vinni Oginski when I came in to Advantage Suzuki an car. I first looked at a Suburu Legacy, then I wanted to compare it to the Suzuki Kizashi. I met Vinni Oginski when I came in to Advantage Suzuki and he was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I told him I wanted a new car and was shopping around. I didn't want a SUV or a CRV or a truck. I also wanted at least a 6 cylinder, because I always drove cars with an 8. When Vinni told me they didn't make a 6, I was about to leave. He convinced me to take a test drive and I couldn't believe the power in the Kizashi. I also wanted a blue car, but it only came in beige interior. Since I test drove the red Kizashi, with black leather, and a sunroof, I was sold. I absolutely love it and I look great driving around in my shiny new red Suzuki Kizashi. GO KOOKY AT SUZUKI!!!!! The two women in the service office were outstanding. They really know the business and the cars they work on. The man who worked on my car took me under the car (as I requested) to point out trouble are They really know the business and the cars they work on. Buying a car at Advantage Suzuki was actually a pleasant experience. I always dread going to a car dealership but dealing with Alfie put me immediately at ease.
