This was my first time at this dealership and I came to look at the SX4 because I needed a new car and wanted one with all wheel drive. Since my parents were visiting for Thanksgiving, I had them come with look at the SX4 because I needed a new car and wanted one with all wheel drive. Since my parents were visiting for Thanksgiving, I had them come with me on Friday. My mom is disabled and uses crutches; before I could close my door and get over to help her, Alfio came outside and was assisting my mom. He is so nice and helpful! All of the associates that we dealt with are friendly and down to earth (not pushy at all). The finance manager (Mark Laniewski) made sure that I received the best interest rate, and was very thorough in explaining everything. Alfio did a wonderful job at describing all of the functions of my new vehicle. I love my new car (its my 1st brand new car)! I highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Came in for first oil change on New Equator and a problem with the horn. Horn doesn't honk when lock button FOB is activated. Use to, but doesn't now. After more than an hour waiting, was told that Servic with the horn. Horn doesn't honk when lock button FOB is activated. Use to, but doesn't now. After more than an hour waiting, was told that Service hadn't seen the Horn problem before and had sent a message to Tech Support at Manufacturer. I would have to come back after they receive a response necessitating a second trip. It would have been better if I had been made aware of that problem earlier in my waiting. Themn I would have known why it was taking so long. I can go to a Lube place and get an oil change in 10 minutes. Also, I was suppost to get my truck washed but because it was raining it wasn't washed. It would be better customer service If I had received a coupon for a future car wash. More
