I found the dealer to be very fair in obtaining a loan for the car I bought. My credit was not good but they found someone to accept me. I just wish it would have been Suzuki Financial but no luck. I bought a 2012 red Suzuki Kizachi on Halloween, 2011. I brought my car in for a 3 month check-up in February 2012. Well, when my car was ready, they were already installed. I just washed my car yesterday and had to drive through wet roads where the snow melted and I cringed. I have been to other dealer ships in the capital area and never have I had an advisor meet me outside the door and assist me in what I needed done. I bought a new SX4 Crossover from them for a good price with essentially no haggling. Everything was above board and I love the car.
