I brought in my 2018 Kia soul EV for a battery recall and I've been completely ignored for an entire month! I've been nothing but gracious and patient to no avail. They certainly appear to be the most unconscionable and incompetent customer service and repair " professionals" I've ever had the displeasure to work with. More
