They gave me a very fair number on my trade in. The part that I liked the most was that the dealership and Christy were more than willing to help out with a couple issues I had after the purchase. They even went as far as to have Christy drive to Sarasota to pick up the car and drive it back to their dealership to do the repairs! Although it seems like a larger dealership they definitely have a small dealership feel! This treatment was second to none. I've gotten burned by other dealerships in the past, but Desoto handled everything very good and I am very appreciative to them for it. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

And it was all done, beginning to end in about 4 hours. Met Christy at about 10 AM, drove away with new Flex about 2 PM. Got reasonable trade in amount.
