I was early but wish i had known it was going to be a 3 hour job so I could have gotten a ride and come back. Overall everything was as expected. Service Mgr new me by face and said hello. Tech attempted to keep me adivsed of status on my car but was awfully busy. I left my coupon at home but Chris did find me one i could utilize when checking out.
