30,000 service check-up, etc. done I arrived early and waited until someone was ready to assist me. A woman in service located my information and told me that I will be helped as soon I arrived early and waited until someone was ready to assist me. A woman in service located my information and told me that I will be helped as soon as the person who was assigned to me came in. Chris was the service person who assisted me and was patient, polite, very informative when I had questions about our air conditioner system, and kept me up to date when necessary. Would recommend Chris without hesitation since I waited till my service was completed. My service took 4 very pleasant hours of waiting since I had brought a book with me to read and the time went very quickly. Chris did not like the sound that the Mazda 5 made when he started the engine and informed me that there was probably something wrong with our battery and he was correct. Of course I took his advice and said yes to replacing this battery. I am very grateful for this since our grandson will be riding in this vehicle besides my husband and myself. Dealership Stepped-Up Big and Made me a Customer for Life! Last year on a vacation in the Rockies my Family of Six in our awesome CX-9 was hit by a flying semi tire that had just flown off the Truck on I-70 we Last year on a vacation in the Rockies my Family of Six in our awesome CX-9 was hit by a flying semi tire that had just flown off the Truck on I-70 west of Vail CO. The front Fender Panel was badly damaged and Popped loose. But more importantly afterwards my brakes were very squishy and turned out my Master cylinder had failed. Once we returned home from vacation I we were 600 miles out of warranty. After several disappointing discussions with my insurance company and Mazda USA. Classic Mazda of Denton Stepped up and cut me a refund check for the full price of the master Cylinder repair. Just 3 months later Mazda USA issued a lifetime warranty on the part. The actions by the service and the Dealership owners to do the right thing have earned my loyalty and appreciation. a few months late I bought a brand new Mazda 3....love it love it love it! More

Worth The Drive I first took my used 2008 Tribute to Classic Mazda Denton after purchasing it in 2010. Since then, my car and I have been to New Jersey and back and h I first took my used 2008 Tribute to Classic Mazda Denton after purchasing it in 2010. Since then, my car and I have been to New Jersey and back and have moved twice within the metroplex. I currently live in Roanoke and will continue to go out of my way to bring my car up to Denton because over the years the staff at that location have consistently been friendly, honest, and just great easygoing people who also happen to take great care of my car. Jim Field, the Service Manager, and Chris S., the Service Specialist, were outstanding on my most recent visit. Both were very approachable and were very clear about what was going on with my car and their recommendations. I have never, ever gotten the sense that I'm being talked down to as a woman and I have never been pressured to consent to unnecessary services, which has been my experience with previous vehicles at other dealerships. Plus they have maintained my car beautifully. I haven't had to do anything to it over the course of my ownership except replace the tires and battery. For those reasons I will be driving my Tribute until the wheels fall off, and when they do, I'm taking it to Classic Mazda Denton to get it fixed. More
