Classic Mazda offers Classic Customer Serivce Everytime I have been with Classic since about 2008 when I relocated to Texas from Florida. I have had all 3 Mazda's serviced and 2 purchased there. Classic has taken care of me with every transaction. Chris Stolp is my most recent Sevice Advisor and keeps me aware of each step when I am in for Service. Recommends service needed or service that can wait. Advises me of upcoming sales that may be of interest to me. Christine at a scheduling has always been patient and understanding with each missed appotinment. Such is life.. she's always gracious and accommodating. I don't see me leaving Classic anytime soon. Last time I came in for brakes after another garage recommended a $1000+ brake job. Classic said back pads were still in good shape and serviced the front brakes for a very reasonable price. This trip was just a cabin filter change. Friendly, on-time, nice waiting area. No upsell. Mazdas rarely break down but need servicing like any other car. More
