Both times, Sarah in the Service Department was rude a I called this dealership twice to schedule an appointment for the airbag recall on our Mazda 6. Both times, Sarah in the Service Department was rude and unwilling to look at times and dates that were convenient for us. I offered to drop the car off and leave it until it was done and I was told it would be a long wait to check the car in and would be much easier to stay with the car - 3-4 hours! I called another local dealership and they were professional, courteous and agreed to let me drop the car off for service and even promised it wouldn't be but 5-10 minutes to check the car in! Customer Service is key; there is a dealership on every corner. It's the dealerships that treat their customers well that keep customers coming back! Denton Mazda Service Dept. failed to do this. More
