We were charged for someone else's service ticket $695 such unnecessary service! They did not even verify the name on the service ticket or the vehicle make and model with my son. Jennie just pulled up a such unnecessary service! They did not even verify the name on the service ticket or the vehicle make and model with my son. Jennie just pulled up a similar sounding person's ticket and charged my son $695 dollars. With my son being young and trying to take care of "his" business with his car, yes he should have asked to her to verify the name on the screen, but Jennie should have been more vigilant on verifying that the name on the screen/ticket was in fact our last name and that the make and model of the vehicle was the vehicle the person in front of her was in fact picking up. This is the worst experience I have ever had to endure at a dealership service center! Only as a last resort will we ever go to this dealership service center again. Junior the service director only defended Jennie in saying that she is just the receptionist and does not normally work the service checkout counter. He never stated that she in fact should have checked the ID to verify the spelling of the last name to make sure the charge was for the right vehicle. When I spoke to Junior he made it seem like he was doing us a favor by not charging us. Not charging us we never should have been charged in the first place. Our service ticket, the CORRECT service ticket should have reflected a $0.0 balance. Junior stated that they mistakenly charged my son, which drained his account. Now my son has to wait 4 days to get his money back, that never should have been taken in the first place!! Extremely disappointed and infuriated customer! More
Excellent dealership; have bought 3 Mazda's from them and always used their Excellent Service Department for all my oil changes, tire rotations and vehicle inspections. Mazda cars are so good I have never ne always used their Excellent Service Department for all my oil changes, tire rotations and vehicle inspections. Mazda cars are so good I have never needed a repair. Today I had the original battery replaced on my 2019 Mazda 6 not because I was having a problem but because I didn't want to take a chance on getting caught with a dead battery. More
