I believe if our paperwork says waiting for vehicle that those vehicles should have priority over other vehicles in the car wash for that reason. One other note of service I would like is to receive my vehicle back with the radio station I have programmed and not a station that is not my kind of music and turned up loud. More

Customer Service Done Right! My 2015 Mazda 3 required a repair to the air conditioning climate control system which was covered under the warranty. The repair was extensive, requi My 2015 Mazda 3 required a repair to the air conditioning climate control system which was covered under the warranty. The repair was extensive, required removal of the dash to get to the parts to be replaced. It was going to take a couple of days to complete the repair and they put me a loaner car without hesitation. Picked up the car a couple of days later and the air conditioning worked correctly and the dash was in the correct position and alignment. I have have cloth seats and during the repair process the seats did get a little dirty. I asked if they could take care of the seats and get them clean. To their credit they stepped up and took care of the issue and restored the seats to their original condition. I think this says a lot about a service department and dealer willing to work to make things right. More
