Experienced Service Advisor I had made an appointment with Classic CDJR service department to get a state inspection done, and they set the date & time. When I arrived for the ap I had made an appointment with Classic CDJR service department to get a state inspection done, and they set the date & time. When I arrived for the appointment they had no one qualified to do the inspection. They sent me to Classic Mazda Service department and Chris Tucker whom had been my service advisor for years made sure all service was completed promptly and even provided a courtesy wash on my vehicle. I like my MOPAR vehicles but, I will try to make an appointment to get the service done in the Classic Mazde Service Department first with the trusted service advisor who convinced me to trade for the vehicle in 2011. More

The battery was changed at no cost. Other services were explained. I was very satisfied with the customer care at this classic MAZDA at Denton TX. The sales process was no nonsense, I bought my Miata MX5 for what they told me I could in an email exchange. I have had my car serviced twice since new for regular maintenance and the staff could not be more professional and just nice in general. They are all "car" people and enjoy talking about cars! My car has always been ready when promised and even got it back with a complimentary wash! There are lots of choices when it comes to buying and servicing your car, I drive all the way from Carrollton to service mine.
