Great no-pressure buying experience We purchased a Mazda 3 4-door Touring from Classic Mazda. We test drove the car on Saturday and placed it out there on TrueCar to see what the cars w We purchased a Mazda 3 4-door Touring from Classic Mazda. We test drove the car on Saturday and placed it out there on TrueCar to see what the cars were selling for. We made a fair offer based on our research. We were within $300 and they agreed to split the difference. That was handled on the phone with no drama and NO surprises. We came in the next day to pick up our car. Lee, our salesperson was very professional and had all the paperwork ready to sign in advance. He also gave us a link to complete an online financing application in advance. All financing was approved before we arrived. It was simply a matter of going over our warranty and pre-paid services options and signing the financing paperwork. That's it! It took less than an hour to sign everything and drive away in a new car. More

The service techs worked on my car quickly and got me out of there and on to work in a flash. I trust Chris and his team in the Service Department with my car and I am comfortable waiting while they work on it because I know it won't take too long. More

Much to my disappointment I was unable to find any. I am guessing my request was denied. You have a great service department and the only thing that I would like to see changed is the music on the phone while being on hold. Maybe a little George Strait or Alan Jackson ? More
