I’ve been a loyal customer of Mazda for 5 years. The service department technician in Denton who was in charge of my car lacked knowledge and professionalism. We came in for a BSM (Blind Spot Monito The service department technician in Denton who was in charge of my car lacked knowledge and professionalism. We came in for a BSM (Blind Spot Monitoring System) related issue and were told the “front facing camera,” which is not related to the BSM system at all, was the problem. Also, I got an email from Mazda with a total price of $31.95 for an oil change, and at the register, they did not respect that price and charged $70 plus tax, calling the email a “mistake.” More
