The service department was fantastic. Changed the oil, checked the tire pressure & discovered a screw in the tire. Fixed it & had the car ready to go in less than two hours. I had a couple of things that didn’t went as expected during the last service of my car, but when I let the team know at this Mazda, they call me right away and then provide me with a solution including during the last service of my car, but when I let the team know at this Mazda, they call me right away and then provide me with a solution including a refund for the service I paid, I can see that they care about they customers, and they do the things in the right way. The service advisor I worked with was essentially non-communicative throughout the week my vehicle was in the shop awaiting repairs. All I wanted was a bare minimum update on what repairs are needed and when to expect the car to be finished. When I picked my car up I had only 28 miles of gas in the tank, which I never let allow my car to get that low in gas. They might’ve needed to use some gas to keep the car turned on or to test drive it, but they could’ve communicated that with me before departing it and giving me a surprise upon pickup. Also, my radio was blaring when I turned my car back on. I don’t think the music needed to be cranked up for any of the work that was done. I’m disappointed in my experience with the service center based upon the positive Google reviews I read prior to scheduling a service appointment here. Going elsewhere next time. More
