Mostly positive experiences here. But my most recent appt was at 845am and the car wasn’t seen until 1030. Repairs started about 1045. Out by 1130. Would be good to let customers know their appt isn’t necessarily related to when the work begins and they may have a three hour wait for 45-minutes of repair work. More

I needed help with a very specific key repeated issue and they were able to help when ever other Mazda dealerships could not or more likely would not help.
