Easiest Car Buying Experience I have purchased 3 cars from the dealership so far, those words alone, should speak for themselves but I have to gush on the staff. He walked us through all the steps and I can't tell you how easy it was to buy a car from him and this incredible staff who is always friendly and easy to talk to. They all should be commended for their amazing customer service. I've only owned my car for a couple of months but I absolutely love it and one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. It's perfect for what I wanted for my next car. Low mileage and the price was just too good to pass up. Thank you all so very much for what you do and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Customer Service Done Right! My 2015 Mazda 3 required a repair to the air conditioning climate control system which was covered under the warranty. The repair was extensive, requi My 2015 Mazda 3 required a repair to the air conditioning climate control system which was covered under the warranty. The repair was extensive, required removal of the dash to get to the parts to be replaced. It was going to take a couple of days to complete the repair and they put me a loaner car without hesitation. Picked up the car a couple of days later and the air conditioning worked correctly and the dash was in the correct position and alignment. I have have cloth seats and during the repair process the seats did get a little dirty. I asked if they could take care of the seats and get them clean. To their credit they stepped up and took care of the issue and restored the seats to their original condition. I think this says a lot about a service department and dealer willing to work to make things right. More
