The only time I felt pressured was from the finance guy. He really pushed hard for the extended warranty. My first visit to the service department for oil change was fast and friendly. Though I'm a little concerned about future visits because the finance guy said this is where the company makes its money. Overall I'm very satisfied with my Cx5 More

Not the best 'TrueCar' discount available, but accepted smaller discount because I like the dealership and it's closer to home than others. Seem fair and honest in pricing and one thing I like best is they don't pack on extra-dealer-profit crap like under coating, questionable paint and upholstery 'treatments,' 'window polish,' etc. Pretty much stick to factory options. My trade in was hurt by a Car Facts problem, as rated but no room to explain below. First was a 2014 Mazda 6 GT (nice sales discount), always serviced here, great service, frequent discount coupons. No complaints, fixed right the first time, keep up with recall notices / fixes. They also offer free shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up if needed. Free car wash unless you opt out. Thought I lost a credit card there on a recent visit and Jim F. was going to review security camera footage for me !! to see I accidentally threw it in trash! Talk about service! Found it though and called him back.. More

It was a very pleasant experience I am a Saturn/Chevy girl. Being Saturn went out of biz and I wasnt really keen on the latest chevy SUV's I decided to check out a Mazda dealer ship. I am a Saturn/Chevy girl. Being Saturn went out of biz and I wasnt really keen on the latest chevy SUV's I decided to check out a Mazda dealer ship. I read in Consumer Reports that the Mazda CR-5 is one of the top rates suv's of 2017. At first I tested the CX-3 and bought that. I liked the sportiness of it and the price was ok. I realized my 3 big dogs would not fit in the back seat comfortably. So, I returned the CX-3 and traded it in for the CX-5 which I should have purchased in the first place. Being a New Yorker I am used to. always rushing. I was always rushing to be on time, catching the subway, the buses, the taxi, the elevators, your name it, I would run for it - always rushing. Its in my DNA. Enough of that. Returning the car was not a bad process whatsoever. They worked with me and did everything they could so I would not lose much money on the new trade in. I believe both Don Johnson and Patrick Roberts went above and beyond for me. I would visit these two gentlemen again should I need another new car and look forward to seeing them again upon my oil changes. the dealership itself is nice to wait in with an awesome coffee machine making the wait time more enjoyable.. Also I would like to mention Don Cooper, my finance person. He also bent over backwards for me getting me out the door with a new car. Yes, I have to say it. They are better than Saturn. Go see them. . More

Chris in Service is outstandiing, friendly, and informative! Dropped by without an appointment for an oil change and was greeted by Chris Stolp. Outstanding professional I might add.
