James advised me on a couple of things I needed while I was in for regular maintenance, gave me choices and prices. Even with the additional things I had done I was only there a short time. From the beginning I walked in with a chip on my shoulder and didn't want to give them a chance due to leaving another dealership with a negative experience. From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in they were very welcoming. After speaking to Jeremy on the phone he put us in the hands of Andrew who then showed us vehicles that we have requested. I ended up wanting the car off the show room floor and they made it happen. I had serious demands and I meant serious demands! Shockingly they went OVER what I have asked for.
