Working with Chris was a very easy process. We emailed prior to arriving to let him know which vehicles we were interested in and he had them both pulled up and ready to go when we got there. We emailed prior to arriving to let him know which vehicles we were interested in and he had them both pulled up and ready to go when we got there. He gave a great overview of the similarities and differences between the two models and answered all the questions we had during both test drives. He gave us great purchase and lease options and helped make the lease decision easy. The finance office was easy to deal with and we didn't feel pressured into buying any extra products. Chris reviewed the CX 5 thoroughly with my wife prior to leaving. Overall a great experience. More

My daughter purchased a new CX-5 in late 2021. Shortly thereafter, the vehicle began leaking oil. It is currently in the service department for the 5th time for the same issue. The issues continue and the vehicle has been with the dealership for an entire week with little to no communication. It’s past time for this vehicle to be either repaired or replaced. More

Great experience! I first spoke with Josue over the phone who was very nice, but Christopher was the one who helped me choose the car I wanted. Christopher is very patient, calm, and he did not give a lot of pressure like most salesman do. I recommend asking for Christopher when you are looking for a new Mazda he is very knowledgeable .
