But the gentleman at Classic worked to earn my trust and didn't try to start me off with some ridiculous number to begin the haggling game. Started shopping for a new mazda3 in June. Darius was the only one who would give me a quote in writing, was truthful about having the car in stock OR NOT, and price. I thought I was going to get to purchase June, but when my situation changed, I had to tell everyone I couldn't right then and I would be in touch. Darius is the only one who left me alone to get through my "stuff". The other dealers became VERY annoying with emails and phone calls. When I finally contacted Darius on 7/20 to purchase, Darius honored the previous price. He was upfront about the car being in route and made the purchase quick and simple. We were in and out in an hour. THANKS DARIUS AND CLASSIC OF DENTON! You have my business! More
They are very nice people here, like good ole country boys. They are not pushy, the finance guy matched the rate I could get because I have great credit. He was very nice also. Chad showed me how all the bells and whistles worked. This young man was thorough and knew what he was doing. He must have spent 45 minutes with me going through it all. He was nice, polite and a real gentlemen. It is hard these days to find a nice young man like him that loves his job like he does. I told them they have a keeper. I have bought cars in many places, but I would have to say this is the best experience we have had. The whole deal only took an hour. All the other stuff was done on the phone before we got there. We love the jeep! More

I came in, with an appointment, for an oil change. I had the flyer/coupons. After the initial write up, James pitched, and I agreed to, an alignment, as well. At checkout, when I asked about the coupon price for the alignment, James said there wasn't one for that in the flyer. (He had already cut out the oil change coupon, and the remainder of the flyer was MIA.) I am relatively sure there was a coupon for alignment, as it appears in most of your mailed flyers. My appointment was on a Wednesday, but I was not given the Ladies Day or Senior discounts...and I qualify for both. More

Any price quote of a new vehicle from Internet Sales is not accurate. Sales would promise to beat any price but end up it's bogus. Sales quoted me a price and when you arrived that vehicle with that price not accurate. Sales would promise to beat any price but end up it's bogus. From the time we bought our 07 MX5 GT we have been pleased with the total experience Classic Mazda has to offer. We recently came in with a couple of problems we have had for a couple of years, since pleased with the total experience Classic Mazda has to offer. We recently came in with a couple of problems we have had for a couple of years, since we live so far away we had not had an opportunity to come get it taken care of. We came so far to buy the car because we found the best deal by far at Classic. The problems were both addressed and taken care of with compassion and concern; this is rare as other dealerships seem to write off the customer after the sale is made. This has not been our experience with Classic and its employees. We would buy another car there and would certainly advise anyone to do the same. Customer Service is a dying notion in the world today, and I am fearful that young people will never remember it because they have not seen it in their lifespan. It is exciting to know that there are still some businesses that believe in taking care of the people that pay their salaries. It is a joy to come into Classic, to look around or for service. The job is done right and we are treated with dignity and respect. Thanks for helping my family get through our minor issues and making us happy with our car again. More
