I brought my 2008 Mazda 3 for an oil change and a general check up - and walked out with a brand new 2014 Mazda 3! Now, I wouldn't say I'm typically an easy sale, I'm usually very methodical and need to look check up - and walked out with a brand new 2014 Mazda 3! Now, I wouldn't say I'm typically an easy sale, I'm usually very methodical and need to look at my budget 17 times before I purchase something, but Jeremy and Cole made the deal irresistible. In general, they were no BS, no pressure kind of salesmen, and I didn't feel like I had to make a decision right then and there or the deal would be off the table. They weren't pushy at all, and that allowed me to head somewhere else and think about the deal for a while (and look at my budget 17 times). With a great offer on my trade-in and many other little things they offered me, we were able to reach the payment level I was looking for. And with that, my decision was made! The usually boring paperwork and financial stage was also a breeze, thanks to Don Cooper and his easy-to-understand methods. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I'm driving a much better car, and paying what I wanted to pay - and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would recommend the dealership, and specifically, those 2 guys to anyone. Thanks, guys! More
My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from Classic Mazda of Denton and the overall experience was fantastic. We first went to Autonation Nissan as we we were contemplating the Nissan Rogue bu Classic Mazda of Denton and the overall experience was fantastic. We first went to Autonation Nissan as we we were contemplating the Nissan Rogue but the salesman that we talked to there was inefficient and seemed a little sleezy. He promised that they had four separate Rogue's and went to go get them but always came back empty handed saying they had already been sold. Each time he came back, he smelled like he had just gone to take a smoke break instead of looking for cars for us. After that disappointment, we went on to Classic Mazda to examine the CX-5 and we were fortunate that when we walked in, the internet sales person, Jeremy Williams, was free. He was friendly, not pushy and a no BS kind of guy. He and his manager, Robby Harvey, were extremely aggressive in their pricing and both worked to keep my wife and I as happy as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership in general and Jeremy Williams and Robby Harvey specifically. More
The people at Classic Mazda are a pleasure to deal with. The salesman I dealt with Cole Whaley is a very sharp and bright young man. He was very willing to see to my every want and need. Cole is very eager to to satisfy and that's he did. He made sure that every question was answered to the fullist and if he wasn't sure he found the right answer for me. This was my second dealing with Classic Mazda and probably won't be my last. I have dealt with other Mazda dealerships and just wasn't satisfied with the service like I received at Classic. I was very pleased with the Mazda CX7 that i had but it seemed like the time for a new ride. I had options of other dealerships that were way closer to me than Classic, but Cole made it worth my 50 mile (one way) drive. I ended up getting a bright red Mazda 6 Grand Touring in which Cole helped me make my wife one happy girl. When it came time to do the paper work Don Stearns was also very professional and made all the transaction seamless. Business aside, Cole was also easy to visit with just like everybody else at Classic Mazda in Denton. More

Went in to look at a used Mazda 3 I had found online & it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Just as I was leaving, another Mazda 3 was delivered to the lot & Don Stearns came to let me know so I cou & it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Just as I was leaving, another Mazda 3 was delivered to the lot & Don Stearns came to let me know so I could take a look at it. I loved it! Over the next few days, Don answered my numerous questions as I made sure this was exactly the car for me. When I went in to buy, Don made it an easy & enjoyable experience. Best part is that Don has continued to be amazingly helpful even after I purchased the car! A huge thanks to Don for his great customer service & helping to put me into the perfect car. I highly recommend working with him! More

Though this was my first personal car buying experience, I had been with my dad a few times before so I knew what to expect. (or at least I thought so) I went to a different dealer to check out the CX-5 and I had been with my dad a few times before so I knew what to expect. (or at least I thought so) I went to a different dealer to check out the CX-5 and I really liked the car, but the service was sub-par, and the price I was quoted was not anywhere near what I wanted to pay. Though I was discouraged, I decided to see what the best deal was on cars.com. Classic Mazda had one of the best deals, but what really set them apart was the "live chat" button. I was able to talk to someone via instant messaging at 1:00 in the morning. (Wow) After checking Edmunds.com and KBB.com I knew what the fair market price was, but decided to take a chance at asking for $1,000 off what I'd seen on those sites. The woman said she'd have a sales person contact me the following day. Sure enough I received, at 8:30 AM, (Amazing) not only a phone call telling me he'd accept my offer, but also an email with the quote attached! Jeremy was on top of his game for sure! He also mentioned he had a few cars exactly like the one I was looking for with slight hail damage that he would sell me for $700 cheaper. I was skeptical, but though hey, might as well check 'em out. When I got to the dealer, Jeremy was available right when I walked in and he pulled up the car so we could see it and test drive it. He told us that this was one of the one's with some minor hail damage and pointed out each spot where it took some dings. (several spots we might not have noticed) I was instantly sold on this car knowing full well that these dings did not even come close to $700 worth of damage. Then, we took the car for a quick spin to make sure all was well. It was the best test drive I've ever experienced. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the car and the area. Some may laugh when I say that about knowing the area, but trust me, it's a major plus when they're giving you directions with enough advance notice not to have to pull across 3 lanes at the last second. When we got back to the dealership, we sat down at his desk to crunch the numbers. They were exactly what he quoted me the day before! He was so straight forward and honest throughout the entire process. I would recommend anyone ask for Jeremy if they're thinking about getting a Mazda in North Texas. More

My wife and I needed to trade my sons car in for something more reliable before he left for school. We were actually on our way to another dealership when we decided to stop in at Classic. We wanted to look at the Mazda 3 and after talking about what we wanted he showed us a couple of vehicles that fit our needs. Before our test drive Andrew walked us around the car explaining the different features of the car. He than drove the car off the lot and drove it through some different driving conditions and scenarios to demonstrate the performance and safety features. While I was driving, Andrew was very knowledgeable about the car and could answer all my questions. My past experiences buying a car, the salesman just wanted to get you to drive the car in hopes that it would sell itself. I've even had one that was texting his friends the whole time i was driving. Not so with Andrew, he knows his product. When we got back to the dealership, my wife and I decided that we wanted the car. There was none of the running back and forth between the salesman and salesmanager I had experienced in the past. The negotiations were the easiest I have experienced while purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, we couldn't leave that day with the car, but their finance manager, Don Cooper, kept working and found us the financing we needed, even with some credit issues. Deliver/pickup of the vehicle was just as thorough as the purchase. Andrew explained all the features once again, went over all the manuals, introduced us to the service department and scheduled our first service. Classic has earned my future business! More
