The friendliest customer services and very patient. They take heart that your time is important and do everything they can to make it pleasant and quick as possible. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Classic Mazda of Denton and will always go back. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and even she had a blast. The service department will always make sure you leave with a smile. Ryan Rector was amazing in every aspect of the look, buy and sell. Excellent service This dealership is the only one that have service my car since I purchased it. An example of that, when I took it in yesterday, I mention that the floor mat on the driver side had lost the clips that holds it in place. Odd Behavior We attempted to negotiate with these guys, but I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing. We were trying to buy a CX-5, but the salesman w We attempted to negotiate with these guys, but I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing. We were trying to buy a CX-5, but the salesman wrote up a price for a Mazda 6 (?!?!). Then when we got down to the right vehicle, we made an offer. It was rejected. We came up some more. It was rejected. (We were only $1800 under MSRP on a $29K vehicle.) We would have come up a bit more, but the salesman simply cut us off and said, "Look, it looks like we're not going to be able to make a deal here. Sorry. Have a nice weekend." We left puzzled. No counteroffer? No budging at all? Where was the manager? Can't figure out if this is just a botched sales job of if they really do want full MSRP and won't give a nickel. Odd behavior for a car dealership. More
Excellent Service every time! I have not always been a fan of Mazda but the service at this dealership is second to none. Everytime I have brought in the Mazda Protege ES, the peo I have not always been a fan of Mazda but the service at this dealership is second to none. Everytime I have brought in the Mazda Protege ES, the people have been friendly and always willing to service my car even during times when they may be extremely busy. An example of this was last summer my car had a radiator problem so I had it towed to the dealer. Even though they were swamped that day, they still managed to fit my car into their busy schedule to get it serviced and the radiator fixed. It is this kind of service that endears me to this dealership and will make me give a hard look at all the cars that are offered when it comes time to replace my car. This time it was just an oil change but the service was as usual second to none. More
