I cannot do anything but sing praises for this dealership. I make my appointments and they get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They keep me informed of how the service is going and how much longer I it will take. They consult me concerning any repairs that may need to be done. And....I get a free car wash upon completion of my service. The employees are always cheerful and helpful. The BEST place ever to do business. More

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, relaxed, and friendly without anything coming across as forced or fake. I am a person that makes my car decisions starting with specifications and independent ratings, then the interior of the car and how comfortable and ergonomic it will be for me the driver, then the exterior. My salesman at Classic Mazda never pressured or rushed me, and never tried to press me into a decision with sales hype. He was genuinely interested in helping me make the right decisions for me. He assessed my needs up front, then gave me a very detailed walk-through of the specifications of the car, its' design, engineering, maintenance, and mechanics. He answered each one of my many questions with clarity and a very impressive depth of knowledge. When my questions were all answered, he took me on the best test-drive I have have ever been taken on. We covered different road conditions and driving situations, including panic stop, acceleration, tight cornering, backup camera, and tight turning radius. I had test driven many cars before I got to Classic Mazda and no other test drive came even close to this. I was given all the time I needed to really spend time in the car and driving it and by the end I really had a feel for the car. This is so vital for a purchase of this magnitude and for a piece of equipment that you will be using so much for many years. Then back in for more questions, all of which were answered with a very impressive depth of knowledge. When I was ready to make my decision, which was done at my pace with no pressure, everything was explained to me with courtesy, knowledge, and in a very relaxed manner. Things were clear, transparent, and the process was really easy. When my old car had reached the end of it's long life, I was really dreading the entire car-buying experience. But once I was referred to your dealership, that experience completely changed for me. I will be referring my friends here, and am very, very happy to have found my way to you. Service advisor tried to swipe half a dozen times but there was a communication error. An imprint of my card was made for later processing. (This makes me nervous). When I ordered the part I was quoted a price for installation. (Part plus an hour of labor). After they had finished and the car was going to the wash bay, the advisor asked if I had been given a quote because the mechanic said I should be charged 1.5 hours of labor. (I had only been there an hour 15 at that point). She was very nice and we worked it out. More
Excellent from start to finish. I requested a quote on a 2016 Mazda6 Grand Touring through the Mazda USA website. The request was directed to Classic in Denton. Tareq Wahwed respo I requested a quote on a 2016 Mazda6 Grand Touring through the Mazda USA website. The request was directed to Classic in Denton. Tareq Wahwed responded to my request. The car was to be for my wife; she had test driven one at the Dallas Auto Show but I hadn't had the chance. He invited me to Classic for the drive and was very accommodating. He quickly made a Grand Touring ready and we went for a spin. His product knowledge is spot on; he answered all of my questions, even the most obscure. I wasn't sure if I would trade in my wife's car or sell it to a friend. Tareq was very patient about that and explained some of the advantages of each. A few days passed and Tareq stayed in touch with us but was not obtrusive in any way. We visited Classic so that she could pick the color (either Soul Red or Snowflake White). We then were gone for a few more days and Tareq again stayed in touch. When the decision was made - Soul Red - we let Tareq know and he made the necessary arrangements. When we arrived on August 31 we still didn't know if we had a trade in or not and Tareq got everything ready while I communicated with my friend. At last the decision was made (sold the car rather than a trade in) and the rest went very efficiently. Don in finance had the documents ready; signed, sealed, and delivered to my very happy wife. Tareq was a professional in every respect. Great knowledge about the car, personable, never made us feel like there was any pressure. Now the 6 is in the garage parked beside my CX-9. Top shelf service I bought a certified pre owned Mazda from you guys several months ago. I live in Plano so it is not very close to home and a bit out of the way. Having said that, once I get there, it never seems incovenient as the staff is friendly. Jim and his team, to include Ms. Pillow, are very friendly and make me feel like I am the most important thing in their day. Yesterday was no exception. They continue to wow me. My wife is also impressed and commented to me yesterday that maybe her next car needs to be a certified pre-owned from Classic Mazda of Denton.
