Outstanding Experience for an Outstanding Car! I recently purchased my 2nd Mazda and knew immediately after I purchased my firs , in 2014 that I would continue driving Mazda cars. Part of my decis I recently purchased my 2nd Mazda and knew immediately after I purchased my firs , in 2014 that I would continue driving Mazda cars. Part of my decision has to do with the welcoming staff, wonderful service department and fantastic Mazda facility. When I inquired about trading in my CX5, my service advisor contacted the sales department and I was immediately contacted. I was impressed with the casual attitude (no high pressure) I experienced with the professional sales team. My initial questions were answered and I then decided to complete some preliminary research on my own from home. The sales team frequently contacted me to answer any questions and inform me of current incentives while being mindful that I was taking my time to research the new CX3. When it was time to proceed, I made an appointment with Ryan Rector which proved to be another successful experience with Classic Mazda of Denton. I was sold as soon as I drove the new CX3. Finally, it was time to meet with Zane in the Finance Department where I was fully informed of my options and provided with a thorough explanation of my financing. I also had the opportunity to chat with Zane about his new addition to his family. Congratulations Zane on your first child due later this year. More

Ryan Rector responded almost immediately to my search for a 2016 Mazda Miata MX-5. We quickly agreed on the price I was looking for and set up an appointment. Ryan was waiting for me when I arrived and the ensuing conversation was very relaxed and professional. Afterwards, I met the Sales Manager, Kenneth Roque, and the Business Manager, Don Cooper, who were also very friendly, professional and customer service oriented. I've purchased 19 vehicles in my 67 years, and this experience with Classic Mazda of Denton was, hands down, the quickest and most pleasant. I told Kenneth Roque he had a outstanding sales team.
