This dealership was great! I thought our salesperson, JT Sherrard, was knowledgeable and nice. There was no "magic math" or dealer add ons. Just a straight forward car buying experience. On the first day I met JT, I test drove two cars and had starting prices (below MSRP) for four cars in two hours. I was really impressed. The dreaded finance office was great! The only suggestion I would make is maybe have like a lamented sheet or a brochure detailing the warranty information before being asked to purchase one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a direct buying experience. More
I had a fantastic car buy experience for the first time in my life here. It was quick, it was easy, my expectations were far exceeded, and I felt great about my decision when I left. I took my 300M in because it wouldn't pass inspection - the CheckEngine and oil lights were on. They repaired the car and successfully inspected it for $750.00. They replaced two sensors, gas cap, and changed the oil. 20 days later BOTH lights come back on. They kept my car for two days, didn't charge me anything, managed to get the lights off......but.......get this....on the way home from the shop......BOTH lights came back on. Sooooooo......was on their lot looking at cars, they appraised the 2004 300M at $1200. Several things: I wonder if the initial $750 was necessary since the problem was never fixed. I get a call from their sales manager, "..can we offer you top dollar for you car on a trade in for a new Chrysler?" I told him that they already offered a BOTTOM dollar trade in amount. This whole ordeal truly had my stomach in knots. I found out that my car has electrical problems that isn't cost effective to fix. I also found out that this dealership service department told me everything from my engine needs rebuilding... to rats (later oil) made the wiring crack and short. I also found out that their Sales Manager, while having good intentions, didn't truly look at my case. End result - I traded in the Chrysler...for more than double the amount....at another dealership (yes...intentional)....and bought a new Toyota. More

I have been doing business with Classic for years, maybe over 20 years now, but I am not exactly sure. After checking to see what, if anything was necessary, they narrowed it down to the most important item. The rest was either not required or could wait for a while! It was very refreshing when you can completely let down your guard, knowing my car will be taken care of. More
