Scheduled an oil change for 7:15 am. Arrived at 7:10 am. Several prople were lined up in front of me, but I heard two different people say they didn't have an appointment. The reason it took so long is they got busy. Why bother scheduling an appointment if people can just randomly show up before you and hop the line? Then, I had a coupon for $29.99. The bill came up as $70. The Srvice guy, who was very nice and professional, found a discount in their system that knocked it down to $49.99, but not $29.99. I just paid it and rolled out. My oil change took 4 times longer than expected and cost almost twice as much. I guess that's just how it goes these days. More
