The lack of communication between workers in the service department is ridiculous. Took almost 2 weeks just for them to even touch the truck. Each person in the department that I talked to told me something department is ridiculous. Took almost 2 weeks just for them to even touch the truck. I think its crazy that the dealership spent so much money that they could move into a new building but cant pay for workers that actually communicate with each other about the orders that they are working on.
