Since this dealership changed ownership it has gone down hill. We have had two jeeps with two different problems. Each time I call the main number I am transferred to Service, who never picks up. Each time I call the Service Dept directly, no one picks up. Twice now I have escalated this to Management which seems to be the only way to get their attention. Twice being told they are aware of the problem, and the most recent excuse is that the service desk is in Houston! My jeep has been there over one month with no updates on the parts since then. The parts came in only two days ago, and while I understand it's only been a short time, I have no confidence that they would have even called us. I expect a dead battery when I eventually do pick up the vehicle. Once they replace engine oil cooler I will not have do the extra work on the vehicle as I can no longer trust them. I will never use this dealership again for service. One major component of customer service is communication. This place has none. Would have given them zero stars if I could! Guess I'll take this review and paste it all over social media! rating their service in one word: Awful. More
I can’t say enough great things about these two gentleman, Keith Burbin & Jason Reese. I am an older woman who has never bought her own car. First of all, Jordan is an amazing salesperson. We have no issues with sales, our issue is with the service department. We bought our new Jeep a week ago and immediately the tire sensors were not w We have no issues with sales, our issue is with the service department. We bought our new Jeep a week ago and immediately the tire sensors were not working. When we purchased the new Jeep,we had them switch the old tires and wheels over to the new one. So, we came back to get them to hook up our tire sensors. After 2 1/2 hrs of waiting, they come and tell us that the sensors don't match up. I can understand that,but what I do not understand is why we were not told this when we purchased the new one and tires and wheels were switched over!!!! So,a 1 hour job is now over a 3 hour job. We should have been told when they were switched over!! More

Had a heckuva night with wrecking my vehicle while traveling for our daughter’s gymnastics competition. Minor damage but we were at a spot where we were already planning on getting a new vehicle. Saw the Dodge Durango that we wanted at Denton Dodge and called early this morning was immediately connected with Nick and confirmed that we would be there this afternoon. Nick and Jordan both provided us with remarkable sales service and got us exactly what we needed and exactly when we needed it. This was the best car buying experience I have had thus far and I’m on my fourth new vehicle purchase. More
Well.... we just moved to Denton and live close to this dealership. My wife had a check engine light come on in her Wrangler. She Called the service department and they made an appointment for her to drop dealership. My wife had a check engine light come on in her Wrangler. She Called the service department and they made an appointment for her to drop off the jeep at 7 am, no one telling her it would be a day and a half for anyone to even look at it. The lady she spoke with made her feel like she didn't even want to leave the vehicle, I convinced her that it was a jeep dealership, it would be fine. She called several times to find out what was happening with it because she was without a car, no one mentioned a loaner to her. The jeep got fixed two days later, but she didn't feel like the service department wanted her business. In the meantime I made an appointment with them to get the oil changed on my 2021 Ram truck for Monday 1/3. I arrived for my appointment, told the young lady that I had an appointment, she looked at my truck and said oil change is that it? I said "well when I made the appointment on your website it said tire rotation included", she said "no it doesn't, you have to add that on". I told her okay, just do the oil change. She said fine and I saw on the screen it was going to be $100 and I said the appointment I made said it would be $59 with a tire rotation and she said, that it was last years promotion and it was $100. Than she said do you have a screen shot of the amount? I don't generally take screen shots of those types of things so no I don't. I was not feeling like they really wanted my business, and I was getting agitated for the way she was responding so, I told her I would get my oil changed somewhere else. I backed out of the bay and checked my appointment confirmation in my email. I showed the $59 deal, you would think she would have seen it with my appointment information? I went back in to speak to someone in charge, I wish I would have gotten his name. He pretended to be interested but wasn't listening to anything I had to say. All that did was make me more agitated. The point of this long story is I was looking for a place to have my vehicles serviced and in 2 1/2 years buy two new ones. This service department doesn't seem to care about return business and the gentleman I spoke with pretty much said that. I will not return and I will let people know how they will be treated here. More
