I scheduled an appointment on the telephone for my 2002 dodge ram 2500 diesel. I even reconfirmed my appt. and explained the issues. I had a wrecker haul it from north of Denton to their dealership which c dodge ram 2500 diesel. I even reconfirmed my appt. and explained the issues. I had a wrecker haul it from north of Denton to their dealership which cost me $100 one way. When the wrecker arrived and started unloading my truck the service man called and said I may want to change my mind since they couldn’t even look at it for 6-8 weeks. I asked why in the world did you schedule me to bring it if you can’t look at it for 2 months. He said they schedule appointments out of Houston and they didn’t know about that delay. I asked why not it’s your dealership. Duh ! Anyway I had to pay of course to tow it back to my house. Now they refuse to pay the towing because of their ineptitude. I have written headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI and Tx DMV Enforcement telling them of this wretched service. More

Very poor customer service. They don’t return calls. Had to go up there to find out about my vehicle after two weeks. They say they will call you back, they don’t. One issu They don’t return calls. Had to go up there to find out about my vehicle after two weeks. They say they will call you back, they don’t. One issue I did not have them fix was worse after they looked at. Had the vehicle for three weeks and got it back covered in dust. Guess it is too much to think they could rinse it off. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Very frustrating and disappointing dealing with them. More
