They had my car for four business days to replace theeft terminal on the battery. In addition, the ventilation hose was loose when they returned it. For two days there was poor communication. People were friendly and courteous. .Was there for state inspection and oil change. Service took about 3 hours. Was told this was because they did not have right oil for an old wrangler .Was there for state inspection and oil change. Service took about 3 hours. Did not get credit for it until I made an issue of it. This service took at least twice as long as it should have. More
