I walked in with the possibility of purchasing a car and I was greeted by a very well dressed, confident and knowledgeable sales professional by the name of Gerald Duchatelier. He was very patient with me and answered my myriad of questions with great aplomb. Needless to say I walked out with a great car and I have nothing but praise for a wonderful experience. If it wasn't for your magnetic personality, I probably would have continued shopping around, never settling on a car. You made all the difference. John Villarreal, sales rep for the dealer, met our expectations, new what we wanted and maintained focus on the car we were interested in. My only complaint is that during our visit, he was called expectations, new what we wanted and maintained focus on the car we were interested in. My only complaint is that during our visit, he was called away for a meeting with the manager, leaving us 2 choices: Either we can wait 30 minutes while his meeting is taking place, or he could turn the sales over to another sales rep. This is when Don Smith intervened until John returned from his meeting. My take on this, is bad management that would actually take a sales rep off of a "buying" customer, turn them over to another individual! It was almost a deal breaker for me! More

My sales person was John Villareal. He was there to help me decide which car would be the best choice for me. He asked questions and answered all of mine to get me to the best car for me. There was no "hig me decide which car would be the best choice for me. He asked questions and answered all of mine to get me to the best car for me. There was no "high pressure" to buy something. John is fairly new and did have to ask Don some questions. I found this commendable. It is way better than bluffing upir way through. I ended up leasing a Lacrosse with lots of "goodies" on it. I would definately recommend Delray Buick and John to my friends. More
