Daniel did a great job helping me out after the fact and I was dealing with someone else at the beginning. I went in with 3 or 4 minor repairs and when I left only one thing was actually fixed. 2 days lat I was dealing with someone else at the beginning. I was overcharged for my oil change. I paid $96 last June, but was charged $148 this time. That is over a 50% increase. But the worst thing was I called the service department to inquire, asked for the service manager Chuck Oliver and was told he was across the street and would be back shortly. The person I talked to asked if he could help. I told him what happened. He said he couldn't explain it. So I asked for Chuck Oliver to call me. I was told he would call me back. I never receive a call back from anyone. By the way, Kalo Dodge told me they only charge $120 for similar oil changes. More
