Made an Appointment for service and ask for the rear brake right side to be checked. Dropped truck off received a call that Dellen didn't have one of the filters (you would assume that they would have c brake right side to be checked. Dropped truck off received a call that Dellen didn't have one of the filters (you would assume that they would have checked with parts prior to the appointment [3 days]) so it would not be ready at noon. When i asked about the brake noise was told, I could make an appointment to have that checked.?????? That was brought up when the appointment for oil change was made. I will have the brake issue looked at else where. More

Had my car for 5 working days, no communication. Two things, my dashboard lights were going in and out and my car overheating when idling. Neither were fixed, couldn't figure out the lights, I honestly believe they didn't even try and they didn't even address the overheating. Tried calling Chuck when Kyle wouldn't return my call and he didn't call me back either. I wasn't charged which makes me think my car wasn't even looked at. Looking at buying another vehicle, but not from Dellen. More

When I took my Jeep in the first time, they couldn’t find anything wrong. Kyle told me that if I still had problems to call him and he would get it on the schedule. He kept his word. anything wrong.
