I brought my Jeep in for a check engine light. Autozone read the check engine light code and it said ignition coil cylinder 3 misfire. I made an appointment with the dealer and you said both bat Autozone read the check engine light code and it said ignition coil cylinder 3 misfire. I made an appointment with the dealer and you said both batteries needed replaced. The batteries were replaced and I was told everything was fine. I left on vacation 4 days later and the check engine light came back on. I stopped at an AutoZone and they read the code and it was an ignition coil misfire on cylinder 5. Obviously there is an ignition coil issue with the Jeep and your tech missed it. Now I’m a 12 hour drive from home spending my vacation time dealing with a repair you failed to fix. I would give you a zero star if I could. I buy 2 new cars every 4-7 years. I felt like I got one of my best deals at Dellen. But based on the issues I’ve had with this Jeep and the failure on this service, I think I’ll look elsewhere for my next Jeep. Darrin Couch 2020 Gladiator More

The service is good and the new building is very nice, but I am disabled and it’s very difficult for me to stand up from a normal height chair. I always liked the red stools that were next to the soda mac but I am disabled and it’s very difficult for me to stand up from a normal height chair. They should have pulled it in the garage bay and have it dry for me when I picked it up. Instead, it had rain all over, so I didn't notice the dent and paint spot on it. They are taking care of it, but it's been a hassle going back and forth to the dealership to get it taken care of. More
