I have talked to your service manager, Chad last week. He said you can not sell me an oil change service contract due to corporate changes. They say our van is too old to purchase a contract! On top of that, i have a discount sent via email, directly from Chrysler that I cannot use either. I honestly believe it's to eliminate the lifetime drivetrain warranty. What is sad is that Dellen has serviced our van since we purchased it new. I am not happy. I can not justify paying over $100 for an oil change on a 2011 Town & Country. I don't know how you will expect pay for that nice new building if you're not going to take care of your long term customers. I have encouraged many people your way. I cannot say if that will ever happen again.
