I went in to get an estimate for one of my 4 windows that is broken and won't roll up. Bree said it would be $195.00 for the estimate. When they called me and told me the estimate I couldn’t believe my ears is broken and won't roll up. Bree said it would be $195.00 for the estimate. The quote was doubled from one of the windows I had repaired previously from another mechanic near me. When I came back to pay the estimate it increased to $230.00 which is $35.00 more from what I was told. When I got home I noticed my car headliner was filthy dirty. I guess the mechanic didn’t wash his hands when he got into my car after repairing it. I called and left a message for the manager and he never returned my call. I had to go back in so they can clean what they dirtied. I have been a loyal customer of Kia for years but I can say that I will never return back there again. Signed I learned my lesson. More

We came in due to some recalls that needed to be taken care of we also had a concern about one of my tires that was plugged at our last service appointment, the tech told us there was no leak. We explained the cars tire sensor was indicating there is a leak and even shower on the sensor the rear passenger side tire is low. Nothing was done to the tire, they rotated them putting the leaking rear passenger tire on the front drivers side. The sensor is showing the the tire with the plug that was rotated to the front drives side is leaking and low on air. So now I have return on Wednesday the 24th at 2 pm and spend more of my my time when it very easily been taken care of at the service appointment More
