From the start to the finish of our transaction at the Deland dealership Matt Rettinger made our buying experience exceptionally easy with his professionalism knowledge and patience. He answered all our questions which were many and made our choice and decision making easier and painless. Hé did not rush us through the transaction though he had family obligations to attend his daughter's graduation which we found out at the end of the transaction. He took time to show us the features of the vehicle and sync our phones to the car and show us how to use the navigation system and handsfree phone operation with a smile on his face. He made us like we were his family. We were further impressed as he mentioned that if we ever needed assistance to call him and if we were in the vicinity to drop by and see him without hesitation. We would also like thank Monica Jones for providing us all the information we needed prior to our visit to the dealership, We told her the features we needed in the vehicle, and she provided accurate information making our decision making to purchase the vehicle and she was very efficient in her communication with us. We want to mention that we came from out of State (California) to make purchase and from start to finish these two individuals have left a very positive impression of your dealership with us. Service advisor was very informative. Explained the items needed to be done on my vehicle and the time expected to complete the service. I waited for the service to be done in the service waiting area. I guess I have been spoiled in the past at Lexus dealers that provide free water, coffee, sodas along with snacks. Waiting area at Lexus is comfortable and offers areas to complete work if needed along with charging for phones, iPads, etc.. Most importantly, car is vacuumed and washed. Yes, I have been spoiled, getting a clean car back is a value. More

I had originally started working with Matthew Palmer. There was great communication, however, he was limited in making the deal I was looking for. Once he reached that point, he quickly transferred me to There was great communication, however, he was limited in making the deal I was looking for. Once he reached that point, he quickly transferred me to the manager Monica who was able to get exactly what I wanted. This was all done through text and calls. I was able to schedule a time to go in. I did arrive early and Matthew was tied up so I worked with John. That was another fantastic experience. Not only was his personality a great match with mine, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. My husband and I agree this was the absolute best car buying experience we’ve ever had. More

Last week we purchased a new SX-X Line Telluride from DeLand Kia. The salesmen were great. Once we got home we noticed several issues and called it to their attention. The sales agents responded quickl DeLand Kia. The salesmen were great. Once we got home we noticed several issues and called it to their attention. The sales agents responded quickly and had their manager Chad contact me. My phone call with Chad was very disappointing. He was condescending and rude and not once did he even feign concern towards my issues. He did unapologetically say he would EAT the cost of the steering wheel repair and would let me know when the steering wheel was in. However, he acted like he was doing me a favor though I was the one who purchased a new vehicle with a damaged steering wheel. I guess he doesn't care that this is our third new vehicle we purchased from DeLand Kia nor that I have to drive 80 miles and take time out of our week to get this repair done. Our conversation didn't set well with me so I called him back to give him a chance to redeem himself and maybe apologize for his rude behavior, however, he only got worse. He matter- of -factly stated that he addressed my issues that he ordered a steering wheel and that is all that he could do. All though that was my expected outcome, his delivery was not acceptable .I think some public relations training should be in order for Chad. More
