Dont ever use there VIP SERVICE!!! They knew to pick up car anytime after 8am and have it back before 4:30pm. They knew they were only suppose to do the recall work and thats it and it was suppose to be re car anytime after 8am and have it back before 4:30pm. My wife had to call them and stand outside for another 25 mins and then had to go all the way back into town to drop the guy off back at the dealership. Freaking ridiculous! Jeff Warthan is a great person and we loved working wirh him. But, will never go to this dealership again. The day we bought the car, the employees are nice you the minute you walk off the dealership with him. But, will never go to this dealership again. I am writing this review the day after we bought the vehicle and the water pump is about to go and they will not do anything about it. A couple hundred dollars may be pocket change to some but its a lot to us. They said they cant do anything about it yet the car went through inspection and there was nothing wrong with it they said. I asked about the sound and they said it was a belt, i didnt question them, i trusted them. Never again! Now im stuck with a car after spending a lot on the car and now have to spend more ontop of that to get it fixed. When we went in to confront the employees, we were treated the opposite of yesturday and got told tha we were SOL. More

Paying over 10k for a car and no owners manual. They didnt even remburse me after I bought one from a Chevy dealer in Plattvile. They will change subject hoping you will forget to ask again. .Also watch out for high pressure service contracts being jammed down your throat. Many defects in need of repair like air conditioner dash vent dont work just to mention one. I have filled out a post purchase survey sent by them with complaints NO RESPONSE. They paid $299 for my trade in and selling it for $3500. Dont buy that one for sure ! In short pretty weasely. Bad review for a poor dealership . More

We needed a car for my son, a high student. I was looking for a smaller car in good mechanical shape with dents, etc. to keep the price low. They showed me a nice Cavalier that had some hail damage. We now have a real nice car for my son; the only thing wrong is some dents ( it still looks pretty good) and it runs and handles great. Price? It was almost half of what the same model car was on other lots. Auto Plaza really makes an effort to go over the cars before they sell one. The salesman was very honest about what was and was not wrong with the car. I would buy another car here when I need one. We shopped for a month at other places and did not find this quality everywhere. More
