What Others Say

First off this Dealer Rater site is stupid. They already have a google page.. this seems made for complainers. BUT not this review! We came all the way from Madison to purchase a new Rogue from them and they did not disappoint! Had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and were super friendly when we arrived! Kind, knowledgeable and fast! We highly recommend anyone in the market check these guys out for a smooth and quick deal! Mark, Jazmine and Mike did great with us! Thanks again Deery! We will be back

I must say, these folks went above and beyond with the purchase of my vehicle. They had a car I wanted and they made that purchase happen. Considering my trade in was wrecked and I live 140 miles away, that wasn't easy. Very patient staff and great to deal with.

In fairness, I live 1,500 miles away. That said, it seemed as though they were responding with a robot. I'm a serious buyer, but felt as though I was being regarded as an aggravation, rather than someone that actually wanted to buy a car from them. It could also be that my low tech brain on this high tech world wasn't grasping the program. There really doesn't seem to be any real car salesmen left in the world.

My husband and I first met Dave Palton a little more than a year ago when looking to upgrade a vehicle. Well, as so often happens, life got in the way. Although our plans had to be postponed, I kept his card in my wallet for "someday". Someday was this past month. I called the number listed and hoped fervently he still worked there. Why? Because it was evident to me that he listened to both our wants, needs, and price point. Dave was able navigate us to the vehicle that met all requirements. Dave not only delivered on a fair deal, but a quality-driven buying experience. I would not have any hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Dave. Thank you for listening.

How about this for a car buying experience: - pleasantly welcomed by Rene at our car when we arrived - she showed us right away to the used car we'd shopped online - let us take it for a test drive, she went along so we wouldn't get lost. Car checked and drove out as advertised - dealership honored the price exactly as we'd agreed to online, no hassle - no added "fees" - Rene wrote it up and finance guy finalized it - In 2 hours Rene had us on our way - After the sale Rene searched and searched and finally found the second set of keys they'd misplaced and sent them to us - from online to the end, a very pleasant car buying experience

This is a review of McGrath in Dubuque. I had a very good experience and they worked with me to get me the right vehicle at the right price.
