Derrick was an excellent representation of the dealership and very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles!! He wasn't pushy to get a deal done and in connection with his GM, he found us the exact vehicle we wante and very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles!! He kept us in the loop the entire time of the process of sending a driver until it was back, getting detailed and then ready for us to pick it up! Both Finance Managers were prompt and answered all the questions we had in regard to the deal. More

Had my 2012 F-350 in to get the oil separator replaced. While it was there, I asked to have the tailgate emblem replaced as well. Received the bill and saw that I was charged $100 for them to install it. I While it was there, I asked to have the tailgate emblem replaced as well. Had I known it would cost me $100 just to get a $30 tailgate emblem installed, I'd have asked for them to give it to me so I could install it myself. It's peel and stick, and there are guide holes. I think $100 charge for 2 minutes of work is quite ridiculous. More
Went to get information if my extended warranty cover a problem my vehicle had. I knew the problem since I had already gotten the diagnosis from a different mechanic. I explained this to the people there a problem my vehicle had. I knew the problem since I had already gotten the diagnosis from a different mechanic. I explained this to the people there at the dealer, but was told that a mechanic needed to see the vehicle. I was charged $230 for the diagnosis, being that I told them what was the problem and that I just wanted to know if my warranty cover it. At the end I was told that my warranty had already expired. Just wasting my time waiting and money. More
My vehicle was making a noise when driving at rate of 55 mph and higher. I took in to dealership and my vehicle was driven and problem corrected at that time.
