DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Came in dealership to get DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! If I could I would give them 0 stars. Came in dealership to get a replacement key for my wife and my car. Had to wait DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! If I could I would give them 0 stars. Came in dealership to get a replacement key for my wife and my car. Had to wait in parts for assistance who sent us to service. Had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours before key completed, and area was not busy. Then finally when got new key in ignition, our driver's power seat did not work. I know for fact my seat worked this morning before we came to dealership. Then service guy comes and tells us in lobby that his guys did not move the seat. He flat out LIED to us trying to cover his butt. Had to wait even longer for them to "figure it out". Service guy came back out said "maybe our guys did move it back". Then proceded to tell us that they "zip-tied" the switch under the driver seat. What the *&?! You break it and you "rig" up my car? To top it off, the service guy didn't even apologize!! PLEASE, PLEASE do not come here and waste your time! Bunch of liars and con artists. They will scam you out of your money, time and add more damage to your vehicle. We got screwed and accused. More

Unwilling to fix damage caused to my vehicle On April 5, 2017, I dropped my 2016 Ford F-150 truck off first thing in the morning for a previous issue they were fixing. Later that day I went back On April 5, 2017, I dropped my 2016 Ford F-150 truck off first thing in the morning for a previous issue they were fixing. Later that day I went back to the dealership to retrieve something I forgot inside my truck. At that time my service writer, Haley McBrayer, told me that my truck was in detail. As we walked back to retrieve my items she asked me if it was okay if they removed some pinstripe residue that was on there. At that point, I could see that the detailer was already half down the side of my truck removing it. Deacon Jones Ford elected to have my truck sent to detail, I did NOT authorize this to be done. However, at that point, I had no reason to think they wouldn’t do a good job. I trusted that the Deacon Jones Ford detailer would take care of my truck and do it properly. Unfortunately, the result is now I have very distinct haze/swirl marks running down all four doors of my truck created in the process of removing the residue. Waiting for a day off, I went back up to the dealership on 25 April 2017. The General Manager of Deacon Jones Ford Scott Johnson, requested that I bring it back up there so he could take a look at the damage. Upon his inspection, he simply dismissed it and said I that he didn’t feel like it was a big deal and that I can get it fixed myself. I explained to him that it would need paint correction to remove the severe swirl marks. This according to a quote that I received from a commercial detailing shop before I returned to the dealership. The General Manager of Deacon Jones Ford, Scott Johnson, after acknowledging there were in fact swirl marks, said that it wasn’t worth what they quoted me and without saying anything else he just walked away.
