The dealer was quick, professional, polite, and gave me a ride home while they checked out my car. Took my vehicle in twice for campaigns the1st time they told me the wiper motor campaign was due but mine was working fine and didn’t replace the motor which made no sense to me. The second time they said told me the wiper motor campaign was due but mine was working fine and didn’t replace the motor which made no sense to me. The second time they said they did the park brake campaign. I found out later the wiper motor campaign was cleared and park brake campaign was not? Today I have no idea if the wiper motor was replaced or not. They also refused warranty on another part that they said was damaged by me! ( THE PART WAS NOT DAMAGED) took the vehicle to another dealer and had the other campaigns completed and they ordered the part UNDER WARRANTY for me. I don’t plan to return to Deacon Jones ever and I will let everyone I know of my experience with them. More
