My wife and I had to involve corporate to get satisfaction addressing our concerns. If sales, parts and service would have been as sensitive to customer concerns as they were to their respective satisfaction addressing our concerns. I bought a 2019 Tahoe from this dealership during the winter months. I didn’t turn on the ac until after the pitiful warranty was out,(4000miles). The inspection sheet said they fixed the ac but all they winter months. I didn’t turn on the ac until after the pitiful warranty was out,(4000miles). The inspection sheet said they fixed the ac but all they did was pumped Freon in it and jumped out a fuse so the fan would run the heater, increasing the compassionately of the factory fuse by more than 50% placing a dangerously heavy load on the wires connected placing my family in danger. I went to the dealership after I found this out and they said it was low on Freon but I knew differently. I specificity told them about the fuse being jumped out and they said that it was not dangerous, well they sent the original sales guy to tell me who was a great guy working for the wrong people. I told him to just bring it around and I’ll get it done at a place that cares about my family. As I was driving off I saw that they didn’t even have the decency to replace the cabin air filter which was filthy. I turned around to let someone know and was met by the gm of the dealership who looked like he wanted to square up with me and try to intimidate me. I told him the situation, which he already knew because he was the first one I spoke with about it, and he asked the sales guy if they were supposed to change the cabin air filter, FOR GOD SAKE BOBBY YES, IT HAS LEAVES IN IT!! A LOT!! This place is rotten from service to the front door. My God how can anyone treat people like that and sleep at night. I know this review isn’t going up but BOBBY if you read this, a little word of advice, sprinkle in at least some of the many many bad reviews and nobody gets that many 5 star reviews you idiot. Anybody that looks at that knows that either they are fake or you get them to do the review before they find out who you really are. More
