Excellent, as always. The only surprise was that we needed new tires, and we had specifically asked about that the last time we were there and were told that they were fin The only surprise was that we needed new tires, and we had specifically asked about that the last time we were there and were told that they were fine. So no warning to plan for that expense. More

Had an oil pan gasket put on my F150 Lariat 5. 0 was told by Robert Thompson that it would be around $500.00 the job took less than 4 hours and my bill was $967.00. I called Robert about it and he 0 was told by Robert Thompson that it would be around $500.00 the job took less than 4 hours and my bill was $967.00. I called Robert about it and he said it took 3.5 hours at $190.00 dollars and hour and John Mark did the bill because he was off that day and he only charged me 170.00 and hour. I have dealt with this dealership for over 20 years and I thought I was a good friend to Robert and Mark but I recon money comes first. You know at least 5 people got commission off this job that is why it’s so high to get work done. I was in business for myself for over 30 years and the most I could charge 2 years ago was $35.00 and hour per man. It must be nice to be able to charge $190.00 per hour body shops only charge $54.00 per hour. That’s okay they don’t have to worry about me ever spending another dollar with them. More
