Purchase of 2018 Ford Escape We have been buying our cars from Orange Ford Mazda, now DePaula Ford Mazda since 2002. We purchased a new Ford Escape to replace our 2006 Mazda Trib We have been buying our cars from Orange Ford Mazda, now DePaula Ford Mazda since 2002. We purchased a new Ford Escape to replace our 2006 Mazda Tribute and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and not pushy in this buying experience from Sal in Finance directing us to Dalton as our sales consultant, to Michael one of the sales managers, Bryan in finance, Jay who made sure all went smoothly, and Devin you fixed my phone with Sync (after having contacting Sync support and them not able to fix the issue). Hoping the same level of service will continue as we have this new car for years to come. More

Mike Haertel was so helpful, that is ended up being the ONLY dealership we shopped at. Mike was incredible! He worked with us for a few hours as I indecisively chose a vehicle. He actually stayed past closing to help me! Mike was engaging, funny and answered ALL of my questions. Mike even called me a few days after purchase to check in! I highly recommend DePaula Ford! When we arrived at the dealership, he came outside to greet us and offered to help us and we declined. He didn’t interrupt us again for nearly 2 hours. He was very friendly and attentive. As he toured us around the dealership we were impressed at how everyone smiled and greeted us, even though we were disrupting their work. Steve called to see if we had any questions. He was very kind, realistic and honest. We were looking at another additional add-on for the car we purchased and he recommended that we consider doing this upgrade outside of the dealership. We really appreciated this honesty, even though it was a small loss for the dealership. Finally, we met with Mackenzie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn’t bothered by our questions. I will definitely be recommended DePaula and Albert to my friends and family. More

I brought the vehicle back 2 days after delivery to explain the features in more detail because I was short on time the day of delivery and had to leave. She walked through all the features in great detail, she hooked me up!!. All around great dealership. Everyone there is good to work with and take the hassle and headache out of buying a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to my friends and family. More

Good sales, poor service. My salesman, Mike Haertel, was excellent, informative, and helpful. The day came for me to pick up my preowned truck just to see it is covered in sc My salesman, Mike Haertel, was excellent, informative, and helpful. The day came for me to pick up my preowned truck just to see it is covered in scratches, dents, and touch up paint. Mike got a hold of his manager right away. While was also helpful and agreed to fix all the issues with no argument. After I was referred to the body shop to fix everything, I was rescheduled 3 times due to not having a loaner vehicle for me. Mike made the arrangements for me to get one anyway, because of the crazy amount of times I was rescheduled. After having a nice rental or a week and a half, my truck was ready to be picked up. To my displeasure only some of it was fixed, but there were new places with touch up paint and sanding marks from the body work, as well as paint runs. I told the service manager on staff, as the body shop was closed and he agreed it was done poorly. Awaiting an answer on Monday from the body shop after them having my truck almost longer than I have since purchase. Disappointing in the long run, but some helpful staff makes it easier. More
