Long distance transaction could not be better I normally read these reviews with a grain of salt, figuring that a portion are made by relatives of every dealer. I can honestly say that this place was just great. Traded in my truck on a 2017 F150 Roush and the entire transaction was done over the phone until I drove a couple of hundred miles to make the trade. The entire staff could not have been any more honest or transparent, the Roush was perfectly as described, and the trade in went off without a hitch. The trade in price was completely fair and the deal that we worked out was just great. They even had some things done to the Roush, like spray in bed liner, before I picked it up so that it would be ready to drive off. Can't say enough good things about everyone there...even if it started to snow that night [it is Albany after all...!] More

The vehicle inspection was not valid. Car had safety issue! Check everything over. All s safety issues including lug nuts on a wheel because they got away with it and I'm sure everybody else is don't buy a car Check everything over. We purchased a new Ford Escape to replace our 2006 Mazda Tribute and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and not pushy in this buying experience from Sal in Finance directing us to Dalton as our sales consultant, to Michael one of the sales managers, Bryan in finance, Jay who made sure all went smoothly, and Devin you fixed my phone with Sync (after having contacting Sync support and them not able to fix the issue).
