Courteous but problem not really fixed F150 had unseen water leaking into passenger side floor. They assured me it was fixed but when I touched the floor it’s still damp. They claimed they found a suspect area to silicon around a hose but I knew that sounded weak. To this day my floor mat is still damp. It’s just disappointing when you know leaving it’s a weak solution that you know ends up being unresolved. I bought the truck about a month and a half ago. Extremely disappointed in failed attempt. Just stand behind your product and take as long as you need until it’s fixed RIGHT! More

The salespeople at DePaula were the exact opposite. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and respectful. I didn't have to defend my answers to any sales pressure.
