I have been to many dealerships before and will never use anyone else going forward. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The were more than helpful and understanding not only when I dropped my anyone else going forward. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. They didn’t charge outrageous diag fees for things that may have taken minutes to diagnose and made sure they vested time into the actual issues. Previous dealer stated there was no issue even with noises present then charged a fee. I received a text shortly after my appointment time from Billy exactly when he said he was going to with an update and expected completion time. More

Having been a customer of the prior dealership for nearly thirty years, I hoped that the experience would be a good one. I was pleasantly surprised as the sales manager himself greeted me, showed me immediately to Marat, a sales person who handled my questions and needs very professionally. His knowledge of the product allowed him to suggest an EcoSport, a vehicle that I was unfamiliar with but met my needs beautifully. Frank, the financial manager was efficient and courteous handling that transaction. I walked out with everything done in the least amount of time possible and I'm thrilled with the results. Better yet, when I picked the car up and my husband saw it for the first time, he was delighted. Great going DePaula! More
