Good experience I dropped my truck off for service and I was pretty impressed. The associate at the desk was nice and accommodating and made the process easy. Love the new ranger I traded in a 2011 Ranger on a new 2019. I like the size as it works for what I need. The 2011 drove and rode like a truck. Great Experience We set off to look for a new truck. Our first stop did not go well so we continued to DePaula Ford. This was our first visit there. Tyler, our salesman, greeted us and asked if he could help us. We told him what we were looking for a new F150. He took us to the new vehicles, explained difference in the models. My husband found one he really liked . Tyler went over the current incentives while we waited to have the 2010 F150 we were trading in evaluated. At no time did Tyler put pressure on us to look at more expensive models. He did not waste our time going over things we were not interested in. We took the truck for a short drive. We discussed our trade in value. We were very satisfied with that as well as the cost of the new truck. Although we originally were going to look at some other brands we were so impressed with Tyler and his no pressure salesmanship we decided to buy the truck that day. More
